Customs Brokerage & Other Services

APPGLC provides 24/7 electronic connectivity to the Customs System (Sistem Maklumat Kastam – SMK), enabling customs documentation to be registered promptly upon arrival of shipments at the ports. Through our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system, customs declaration can be transmitted electronically to the Customs Department’s central system, facilitating faster processing, efficient clearance and minimizing unnecessary delays.
