We are committed to ISO 9001:2015 to satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations in freight forwarding and logistics services by continually improving our organization and quality management system through our team of dedicated staff.

Our Quality Objectives

  • Sales & Marketing –
    (1) To respond to customer’s rates enquiry within 2 working days.
    (2) To achieve 70% customer’s satisfaction.
    (3) To achieve 1.5% in sales revenue per year.
  • Administration – All key staff will undergo at least one training programme / session per year
  • Finance – To achieve 80% collection of all invoices forp ayment, within the credit term provided.
